We're an agency,
not a consultancy

For many years we called ourselves Consultants, but it never quite fit. It felt stiff and formal and didn't capture the essence of how it feels to work with us.

So, we asked our clients and partners and they told us it was our down-to-earth, roll-up-our-sleeves approach that set us apart from the Consulting industry. It’s in the way we build instant rapport and understanding, care deeply about relationships, and continuously show up as the trusted bridge between Executive leadership and frontline teams (and everyone in between).

That doesn’t feel like Consulting. That feels like Change.

What started in 2020 as a solo act for our Founder, Jasmine O'Reilly, Outlier has evolved to become a powerhouse team who all move in sync to play their part in designing Change campaigns and culture transformation programs that actually stick.
