The Outlier Group, formerly LVL Up Consulting, was founded in 2020 as a Brisbane-based organisation with a clear vision: to transform how organisations deliver change through exceptional project delivery. Born out of a desire to challenge outdated project management norms, our work is rooted in human-centred design, strategic delivery, and practical outcomes.
