We engaged with the Mining Company team on-site and assisted with the implementation and adoption of POLR.
Objective
Increase user adoption of a new digital reporting system, POLR by Intov8, by addressing Change Management challenges at a regional mine site.
Scope
Identify and address issues in the Change Management and implementation of an integrated digital reporting system at a regional mine site, focusing on increasing user adoption and addressing resistance to the new tool to ensure successful project rollout.
Our Approach
We conducted an in-depth audit of the Change Management process, engaging with stakeholders both on-site and at the corporate level. Our team’s boots-on-the-ground approach allowed us to understand the unique challenges and cultural factors impacting adoption.
