We travelled across Queensland to observe and interview all facets of employee types. We applied a consultative and people-focused approach to data collection, utilising both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis methods, through mediums such as digital surveys and in-person focus group sessions.
The delivery of 90 technology persona maps, outlining unique technology needs by role type to streamline operations and improve both the employee and customer experience.
