Objective

Undertake a detailed analysis of employee role types and user stories to identify opportunities to enhance and improve how technology is allocated and distributed to staff throughout Queensland.

Scope

Find ways to automate and optimise future state processes to make the lives of frontline workers easier, giving them more time for care and community work.

Our Approach

We travelled across Queensland to observe and interview all facets of employee types. We applied a consultative and people-focused approach to data collection, utilising both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis methods, through mediums such as digital surveys and in-person focus group sessions.

Outcome

The delivery of 90 technology persona maps, outlining unique technology needs by role type to streamline operations and improve both the employee and customer experience.
