Stefan is a leadership and organisational dynamics specialist with a master’s degree in leadership and management. With deep expertise in behavioural science, adult learning, and group dynamics, he knows exactly what it takes to get people unstuck. He’s built a career helping leaders diagnose where execution is stalling and pressure-testing the decisions they need to make next.
He’ll be judging our signature Outlier Thinking Challenge, where small teams will explore creative solutions to a real-world, messy business problem. No prep, no slideshows, and no textbook “right” answers just a room full of good people wrestling with something genuinely interesting. Expect debate, laughter, and at least one strong opinion.
