This short-term engagement involved designing and delivering a two-hour virtual masterclass for leaders across Queensland. The session condensed Outlier’s Change-Driven Project Manager Course into an interactive format tailored for leadership development, aligning with the client’s existing capability program.
Outlier collaborated closely with the client’s capability team to design a program that blended learning, discussion, and practical tools. The Change-Driven Leader Masterclass focused on understanding change environments, applying adaptive frameworks, and leading with empathy. Through breakout discussions and live interaction, participants explored real-world challenges and received take-home resources to apply their learning immediately in their roles.
