Objective

To equip leaders with practical tools and mindsets to lead change with confidence and empathy. The goal was to help participants better navigate organisational transformation by fostering adaptability, flexibility, and people-first leadership.

Scope

This short-term engagement involved designing and delivering a two-hour virtual masterclass for leaders across Queensland. The session condensed Outlier’s Change-Driven Project Manager Course into an interactive format tailored for leadership development, aligning with the client’s existing capability program.

Our Approach

Outlier collaborated closely with the client’s capability team to design a program that blended learning, discussion, and practical tools. The Change-Driven Leader Masterclass focused on understanding change environments, applying adaptive frameworks, and leading with empathy. Through breakout discussions and live interaction, participants explored real-world challenges and received take-home resources to apply their learning immediately in their roles.

Outcome

The masterclass received strong engagement, with leaders across Queensland actively participating and sharing experiences.
