After one-on-one leadership consultations, we travelled on-site to facilitate a two-day Strategically Coherent Projects Workshop. The session uncovered quick efficiency wins, clarified prioritisation, and reconnected the team with their mission, vision, and values. Post-workshop, Outlier refined their project management tools and structures to ensure sustained clarity, visibility, and alignment across all initiatives.
