Objective

The goal was to deliver a smooth and engaging transition that went beyond simply introducing new systems. We aimed to build understanding and enthusiasm across the organisation, embed sustainable adoption through meaningful engagement, and empower every team member from the club floor to head office, to lead the change with confidence and ownership.

Scope

This transformation reached thousands of employees across multiple countries and business units. Our focus was to implement Workday HCM to improve people management and Salesforce Lead Management to enhance customer experience. We ensured that communication, engagement, and readiness were consistent across all teams, no matter their location or role within the organisation.

Our Approach

We began with boots on the ground, connecting directly with teams to understand their culture, challenges, and language. This insight inspired the Digital 12-Week Challenge, a campaign-style rollout that turned system adoption into a fun, competitive, and people-led experience. Through quizzes, drop-in sessions, live updates, and Commitment Cards (with nearly 80 team submissions), we created energy and ownership across the network. Branded visuals and merchandise built recognition and belonging, while the P4E Change Management Framework ensured consistent executive alignment, measurable engagement, and strong adoption outcomes.

Outcome

The results were outstanding, engagement was off the charts, teams were energised, informed, and ready for change well before go-live. The campaign achieved strong visibility across all levels, from frontline staff to executives, and adoption metrics exceeded expectations with measurable improvements in participation and ownership. The Digital 12-Week Challenge became a proven model for delivering change that doesn’t suck, a transformation that was connected, creative, and truly human.
