Our team led the implementation of the CBORD 'Net Menu' platform, replacing outdated manual systems across 47 residential aged care facilities. We managed the technical architecture and integration with the patient management system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.

Outcome

Despite external challenges, including an enterprise-wide cyber security incident and pandemic-related shutdowns, the digital meal ordering platform was successfully deployed, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency across all facilities.
