Our Approach

We conducted a thorough review of all existing artefacts and processes, engaging directly with PDMO Managers, Project Managers, and project teams. Our team introduced a fresh 'look and feel' to the project documentation suite, focusing on best practices and clear, actionable improvements. This consultative process ensured all stakeholders were aligned and equipped to meet the 2030 Program objectives.

Outcome

A suite of 28 refreshed and consolidated documents was delivered, covering four key phases of the Digital Method. This streamlined approach has significantly enhanced clarity and efficiency across the project teams.
