The Outlier Group

Your Strategy Is Bleeding Money. 2 Spots Left to Stop It.

Q1 FY27 applications for the Adoption Accelerator™ close 22 May.

Five enterprise leaders will get the human infrastructure to turn their strategy into bottom-line results. The rest will keep wondering why nothing’s sticking.

You didn’t invest millions in a transformation to watch it flatline at 40% adoption.

But here you are – the technology is live, the consultants have left, and your people are quietly reverting to the old way.

This isn’t a strategy problem. It’s an adoption problem. And it has a deadline.

Two Q1 FY27 spots remain in Australia’s only Change-as-a-Service programme designed to permanently close the gap between your boardroom vision and your frontline reality. Apply for your 14-day Adoption Audit before 22 May — and let’s show you exactly where the bleeding is.

Why Leaders Choose The Outlier Group

We Don’t Consult. We Install.

Most change consultancies hand you a framework, run a workshop, and call it transformation.

We do something fundamentally different.

We move into the operational heart of your organisation and install the human infrastructure –  the data systems, the leadership tools, the tactical campaigns – that make adoption permanent. We don’t leave until the rhythm is running without us.

Our measure of success isn’t a polished deck. It’s the moment your frontline leaders stop managing resistance and start building daily habits that compound into bottom-line results.

Obsessive Focus Is a Feature, Not a Limitation.

We work with five enterprise organisations per year. Deliberately.

Because the work we do – embedding real, lasting change into the fabric of an organisation – cannot be industrialised.

Every Q1 FY27 partner gets direct access to our Principal Change Design team, a bespoke Adoption Accelerator campaign built around your specific culture data, and a level of embedded focus that simply isn’t possible when you’re one of fifty clients on a roster.

When you work with The Outlier Group, you are the priority.

We’re selective with who we work with.

We go “all in” when we embed ourselves into an organisation looking to move the needle on adoption. As such, we have a criterion for who we’ll work with (it’s good for both of us):

  • A large-scale change program that is already in motion or commencing within 60 days.

Not planning a change - executing one. Must be able to name the change, the scope, and the people it affects. Examples of change include Mergers and Acquisitions, organisational restructures, large-scale technology implementations.

  • At least 150 people in scope for the change

Below this threshold, anonymity protections degrade and the diagnostic data loses resolution. Sweet spot: 200–2,000 people.

  • A named executive sponsor with real authority is accessible to the Outlier Group

Has the authority to remove structural barriers when the data surfaces them. Not just a sign-off - an active participant.

  • The ‘Adoption Gap’ problem is already felt

The Sponsor can name the friction and have likely used a words like 'stalling', 'resistance', or 'not landing' before. Urgency pre-exists the conversation.

What You Get Inside the Accelerator

The Adoption Accelerator™ is built on three interconnected pillars – each one designed to close a specific gap between your strategy and your frontline reality:

  • 01 | Adoption Pulse™ Diagnostics

Before we design anything, we listen. Our proprietary Adoption Pulse tool captures baseline motivation, culture, and change-readiness data across your organisation giving us the intelligence to build a campaign that meets your people exactly where they are, not where you hoped they'd be.

  • 02 | Tactical Change Campaign

No templates. No off-the-shelf playbooks. Using your data and our boots-on-the-ground intel, we design and implement a fully customised Adoption Accelerator campaign embedding change, benefits realisation, and forward momentum into the daily fabric of your organisation.

  • 03 | The ‘Messy Middle’ Toolkit For Managers

Adoption lives or dies in the hands of your frontline managers. We arm them with a curated suite of high-impact tools — from two-minute sync templates to friction-mapping guides so they lead with confidence instead of guesswork. Because a strategy that doesn't reach the floor doesn't reach the bottom line.

Introducing our Principal Change Designers.

Jasmine's B&W photo

Jasmine O’Reilly – Founder & Principal Change Designer

Jasmine O’Reilly didn’t build The Outlier Group because she spotted a market gap. She built it because she spent years watching corporate Australia treat its people as an afterthought — and couldn’t unsee it.

Her path into change was anything but conventional. Trained as a Human-Centred Design practitioner, Jasmine cut her teeth inside Telstra’s contact centre division — not in a boardroom, but on the floor, week after week, alongside the frontline staff who were expected to absorb every new initiative handed down from above. It was there she developed a foundational belief that has shaped everything she’s built since: that lasting change doesn’t flow from the top down. It’s activated in the middle and owned at the front.

When she moved into project and programme management, Jasmine quickly realised her relentless focus on human connection and frontline engagement was rare — and that its absence was the single biggest reason enterprise transformations stalled. Too many brilliant strategies were being designed in isolation, delivered in PowerPoint, and abandoned by the people they were built for.

So she built something different.

Six years on, The Outlier Group is the embodiment of that belief — a change agency that refuses to operate at arm’s length. Jasmine doesn’t advise from the outside. She embeds from the inside, bringing the empathy of a designer, the rigour of a programme manager, and the hard-won understanding that the distance between executive intent and frontline reality is where most organisations quietly lose.

Alistair Staines – Director & Principal Change Designer

Where most strategists hand over a roadmap and wish you luck, Alistair Staines stays until the destination is reached.

Alistair came to The Outlier Group from the world of executive strategy advisory — an environment built on big thinking, high-level frameworks, and polished recommendations. He was good at it. But he kept noticing the same gap: strategies that were technically sound and intellectually rigorous, yet somehow never made it past middle management. The translation layer between executive vision and operational reality was broken — and no one was fixing it.

That’s precisely the problem he came to solve.

Alistair is the methodical engine behind The Outlier Group’s delivery. Where Jasmine designs the campaign, Alistair builds the architecture that makes it land — turning complex strategic intent into the clear, practical language that middle managers can act on and frontline teams can own. He turns over every rock. He learns each client’s organisation with an intimacy most consultants never bother to develop. And he doesn’t let go until the rhythm is running.

Together, Jasmine and Alistair represent something genuinely rare in the Australian change landscape — a partnership that operates fluently at every altitude. From the boardroom to the break room, from the vision to the habit, they are the bridge that corporate Australia has been missing.

Ready to move to needle on adoption?

Every Adoption Accelerator™ partnership begins with a 14-day Adoption Audit – a focused diagnostic that maps your current adoption gap, what’s motivating and demotivating your team, surfaces the hidden friction points slowing your strategy down, and gives you a clear picture of what it will take to close them.

It’s the most valuable 14 days your transformation will ever have.

Q1 FY27 applications close 22 May 2026. Two spots remain.
