As the founder of The Outlier Group, she specialises in engineering adoption that goes beyond training rates to address the behavioural rhythms of an organisation. Jasmine works with executives to ensure their strategy isn’t lost in the “messy middle” by building the practical bridges between intent and action.

Principal Change Designer & Director

Alistair focuses on the high-friction intersection where executive strategy meets operational reality. He is an expert in diagnosing the “infrastructure problems” that cause transformations to stall during execution. By embedding into teams with a “boots on the ground” approach, Alistair helps senior leaders create the rhythms and accountabilities required to carry a strategy through the middle of an organisation to reach the bottom line.
