The Strategy Kill-Zone is a closed-door working session for 12 senior leaders across two cities. In 90 minutes, you will leave with three things:
  • A reframe on adoption. Most organisations measure adoption through training completion rates and system logins. We will show you there is a deeper question worth asking; one that changes how you lead the change, not just how you track it.
  • The Adoption Lens. A take-home reference tool that maps where your initiative currently sits. It’s not a scorecard; it’s an invitation to notice what’s actually true.
  • A stated commitment. One specific decision, pressure-tested by 11 peers, that you are prepared to make within a fortnight.
